Please moderators SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!! These people are a embarrasment and not a reflection of the majority of unemployed on this site. Please change the rules and require users to create a username and pw to post on this site, allowing only one account per ip address. That will help with this problem of ignorance. 12 pages now with still a half page of useful information.
How sad would it be if any of you posting this non sense on the site found this site for the first time and had to read thru 12 pages of all that immature useless information. When I found this site 4 months ago on the last extension, I read thru and found much useful and inspiring information. Any new member is going to be immediatly scared off and may become hopeless. Consider others before you contiue this ubleivable show of selfishness.

Hello All,
I posted here once before and I thought that I would post again to update my story. In October of 2007 I decided after 10 years of dedicated service in the United States Navy that I had given enough to my country and it was time to depart the service and be there for my family. While I was in the Navy I was away from home about 9 months out of every year. Because of my extensive training in electronics I thought that the transition wouldn’t be that bad. I was wrong. I have been out of work since I got out of the Navy. I have 2 young boys and a wife. I gave 10 years of my life in the defense of this country that I love!!!! I am not looking for any handouts here. I just want to work but work is a difficult thing to find these days. My wife and I both would consider ourselves Republicans and have been registered voters since we were 18. I can promise everyone this, I WILL NOT BE VOTING FOR ANY REPUBLICANS ON THE TICKET THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

I have thought about reenlisting but the reason that I got out in the first place was to spend more time with my 2 boys. I was spending 9 months out of every year at sea and when I was in port I was working roughly 14 hour days. On top of that we were in a 4 section duty rotation so every 4 days I was on the ship for 24 hours. Didn’t have much of a family life.
Democrat, Republican, what is the difference anymore? politics, politics, all I know is we need to drill, dig for coal, build nuclear power plants, off shore drilling on every coast NOW NOW NOW the democrats need to quit hugging polar bears and the bucky beavers and get with the program.. PETROLEUM makes the world run without it we will go broke and die.
I live in the Great Lakes State and we need to put rigs in the lakes also, we need our own resources .
