5-Cent Restoration Act of 2008
To amend section 5112 of title 31, United States Code, to provide for the return of the half-dime as the new 5-cent circulating coin, and for other purposes.

5-Cent Restoration Act of 2008 - Revises the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue a five-cent coin to limit the design of such a coin to a clad half-dime based on the size and shape of the half-dime or five-cent coin produced in the 1870s.
