no bush will not sighn this bill, he has already said he wouldn’t the is the 56 billion dollar stimulus, we need to press for an unemployment extension not this stimulus, this bill is the reason that we do not have an extension yet.

When they passed the last one, Nancy Pelosi held the cards very close to her chest. It was not talked about in the papers. We all looked and looked and didn’t see anything. It was just like it is now. The press was completely uninterested in it too. Even when it passed, the press barely commented. It doesn’t mean anything that the press isn’t talking about it. Pelosi fooled us all last time, we all thought that she didn’t plan for it to pus for it and she pulled it out of her hat at the end. We can only wait and see and stay vocal about it. They have a lot to distract them right now. What’s going on is a pretty big deal. We have to keep it in their minds. I agree with someone who says that this bill, 7110 won’t pass. It is in our best interest that they vote on it as a stand alone bill , or put it with a more popular bill. I think that when we call and write to them we should ask them to please don’t include it with H.R. 7110

It’s the bill the House might use for a stand alone vote. Feels to me our splits with 6867, 3507, and now 7110, divide us rather than unite.

because bush said he willl veto it and there is no were near ennough support for it to pass by a veto proof margin, they can not even get ennough support in the senate to bring it to a vote, an unemployment extension should cost about 5 billion, this bill is over 56 billion.
It was never meant to pass, it is just political maneuver to help people get elected
