I'm in full agreement that Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services should absolutely be commended for their efforts.
However, this bill should belong to that of the Ohio legislature, not the United States Congress. It's their state, they should commend their services. The US Congress should focus their time on more pressing bills.
