    I just joined the site and this is the first bill I’m reading, as it’s being submitted by my house rep.

    Sounds like a good cause, but my first response is that it seems a little micro for federal government to be drafting resolutions about the importance of water safety.

    Nobody else has commented on this, so I guess nobody may read this.. but hey, I’m psyched to be using this site!
