11/13/2007--Passed House without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Recognizes and honors the 50th anniversary of the dedication of the Sam Rayburn Library and Museum on October 9, 2007, as well as completion of phase one of the museum restoration program. Recognizes also the many supporters and contributors whose efforts have helped maintain and improve the Library and Museum.
