Honors Albert Arnold Gore, Jr., and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, 2007, recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize, for their long-standing leadership in confronting global climate change.
Affirms that human-induced climate change is an urgent problem that must be confronted by the world's people.
Accepts as a challenge to the House of Representatives, and calls upon U.S. citizens, to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.
