Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the government of Pakistan should:
(1) restore the rule of law by reinstating the constitution and members of the Supreme Court of Pakistan;
(2) end the charges against human rights defenders and release those in detention or under house arrest, in particular Ms. Asma Jahangir;
(3) restore media independence and ensure freedom of speech; and
(4) ensure respect for human rights.
