    NEWBIE HERE, NT SURE HOW THIS WORKS BUT LOOKING FOR SOME ANSWERS. WHAT IF I AM CAUGHT IN THE GREEDY GRASP OF THIS DORA PROGRAM, A I WAS NEVER CONVICTED FO A DRUG FELONY…. IN FAC ANY AND ALL DRUGISSUES I HAD WERE DISMISSED LONG AGO?
