Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
Section 636 of division A of the Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriations Act, 1997 (5 U.S.C. prec. 5941 note;
(1) in subsection (b)--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(A) in paragraph (1), by striking `or';CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(B) in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting `; or'; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(C) by adding at the end the following:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
`(3) a temporary fire line supervisor.'; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) in subsection (c)--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(A) in paragraph (3), by striking `, and' and inserting a semicolon;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

`(B) an operations section chief;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
`(C) a division group supervisor;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

`(E) a prescribed fire manager or burn boss.'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
