I am amazed this even has to be said. We actually criminalize (denying medical attention is punishment, therefore criminalization) for things that are not illegal outside of the United States. How would this be any different than denying aide to countries that let women vote. Let us show the world how quickly we can fix social injustices like this by passing this bill as soon as possible.
