The Senate needs to get off of their duffs and pass this long overdue bill. The House approved it last June, the President has said he will sign it, both of the major party Presidential candidates have said they will sign it and the Senate Bill even has 56 co-sponsors. So, what gives? This bill needs to be passed now.
