12/26/2007--Public Law. (This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the Senate on December 12, 2007. The summary of that version is repeated here.)
Chimp Haven is Home Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to repeal provisions providing for the removal of surplus chimpanzees from a sanctuary facility. Prohibits use of such chimpanzees for research except for noninvasive behavioral studies.
