September 07, 2007 Trade Preferences for Developing Countries and the WTO

S. 1937 and HR 4211 would provide textile-related preferences to Haiti. HR 5070 would extend for one year the GSP and Andean preference programs, each of which is set to expire in 2006. This report will be updated.
