8/3/2007--Introduced.Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act, as amended by the U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans' Care, Katrina Recovery, and Iraq Accountability Appropriations Act, 2007, to:
(1) apply the required use of tamper-resistant prescription pads under the Medicaid Program at first only to Controlled Substances Act schedule II narcotic drugs prescribed after September 30, 2007; and
(2) delay the application of the requirement to other covered outpatient prescription drugs until after March 31, 2009.
