    It is high time to put the forest and recreation back with the people and curb Forest Service abuse. Everyone else has to live with a budget. They can too. This is double taxation without the slightest representation. The whole goal is to make the forest wilderness and open only to FS employees. Enviromentalists dream for years. I advocate firing all the lazy jerks and putting the management in the hands of each state or a contract company who has to do it right. The forest service is an ageency out of control.
