    http://www.badbusinesspractices.org is a start. Lately, some cooler regulatory innovations are coming from the net and not from within the government. It’s great that they are going to try to do something. Anyone reading this who wants to work on the site more, bring it on! Add your stories because businesses try to find loopholes in all kinds of ways. The best medicine for this behavior is exposure.

    A key question is: Does the bill acknowledge the danger of phthalates? See: http://www.thenation.com/doc/20071105/schapiro

    I suspect it does not. The industry would become absolutely spastic if the bill goes near this issue.
