Worksite Enforcement Act of 2008 - Sets forth immigration-related worksite enforcement provisions, including provisions respecting:
(1) unlawful employment of aliens;
(2) disclosure of taxpayer information;
(3) social security cards and identity documents;
(4) establishment of a voluntary advanced verification program to allow employers to verify an employee's fingerprints in order to determine identity and work status;
(5) responsibilities of the Social Security Administration (SSA);
(6) immigration-related activities of the SSA and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS); and
(7) criminal penalties for misuse of social security numbers.
