A bill to temporarily extend the programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
5/6/2008--Passed House amended. Amends the Higher Education Extension Act of 2005 to extend the programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965 through May 31, 2008. Provides that this extension shall take effect as if enacted on April 30, 2008.
