just by the fact that there are thousands of parts to this bill proves the fact that the American military is bloated with too much funding and support. Vital federal funds are being spent on defense and war, while almost every other national issue is underfunded. Sure, having an army is important, but so is the economy, education, the environment, and many other issues that lack necessary federal funding.
we all need to wake up and realize what is really going on here energy bills that call for more oil sounds a little fishy to me i thought oil was the entire problem with the energy crisis and our politicians lining there wallets with blood money of our soldiers and foreign innocents a government who puts wealth before its people is a far cry off from what our founding fathers ment for this country to be im ashamed of all of us for our apathy toward bush and his rein of “terror” im more scared for my family now then i ever was around 9/11 anyone can be labeled a terrorist as they see fit but anyway im ranting sorry
I think that funding this is like pouring gasoline all over yourself, while standing in a burning building.
