    Considering our own financial dire straits, prudence dictates a drastic cutback in all foreign aid. Additionally. my research into local donations to the Biden campaigns revealed some rather large donations from members of the AOPP, Association Of Pakistani Professionals. Over the last few years in Zip code 19971, out of a total of $38,750 donated to the Biden campaign, $24,300 came from just one AOPP members address in Zip code 19971. Is this payback with my tax dollars?
