9/23/2008--Reported to Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Foreign Service Overseas Pay Equity Act of 2008 - Amends the Foreign Service Act of 1980 to:
(1) extend comparability pay adjustments to Foreign Service members assigned abroad; and
(2) amend the death gratuity computation payable to surviving dependents of Foreign Service employees who die from injuries sustained in the performance of duty abroad.
