    It’s not fair to trade work pay for academic credit. If the US government wants kids to work they should be payed the median income and insure them like everyone else. This is what they do with college and it’s an excuse not to pay a salary and insure like everyone else.

    This is also unfair to anyone not in high school. The programs should apply to anyone who wants to work.
