but he hopes it will pass soon, WITHIN WEEKS? And he will vote on the Wall Street Bail Out reguardless.
why won’t the dems put the extension into the bailout?
By helping the economy we have to help the rich first? Kinda like us unemployed should maybe go directly to the back of the bus?
700 billion so far for the bailout, I’m thinking by the time it is all added up it will be over a trillion dollars, Remember when a trillion dollars was unbelievable? Now a million is more like a hundred.

ONCE THESE REPUBLICAN BASTARDS GET THEIR WAY ON THIS ,THEY WILL ALL PAT THEMSELVES ON THE BACK AND GET READY FOR ANOTHER WELL DESERVED VACATION BREAK .YOU MARK MY WORD, THE REPUBLICANS WILL FIGHT ANOTHER UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSION AS VIGOROUSLY AS THEY FOUGHT THE LAST ONE THIS IS THE WAY THEY OPERATE .PELOSI AND HARRY REID WILL FOLD AS USUAL .
It’s not helping the rich. It has to be done or no one will be able to buy a house or get a loan and all the banks will fail. It’s a loan, not a giveaway. Lets hope that they will do a Resolution Trust with strict oversight.
wrong, if this is not done the dollar will be worth more food and gas will cost less money, and houses will cost less, houses and rent will go back down to an affordable price, if a bank fail their assets are sold to a bank that was responsible.

no congress got us into this mess in 1913, from 1635-1913 there was no inflation, a dollar today is wirth 3 less than 3 cents compaired to what it was worth for almost 3oo years, this boom bust cycle started in 1913 anf will continue forever till we get sound monetary policy.
you get rich by buy low and sell high, the people that controle the money supply controle the cost of goods so they decide when prices will be low or high and act accordingly, it keeps them rich and in power, the government has no control over this it is all the FED.

Your first mistake is watching Fox (Faux) News. Perhaps, if you refrained from referring to Senator Obama in a derogatory fashion, it would allow you to see things in a different light. What is McCain offering up…NOTHING but bitter, empty rhetoric. If you remember McCain was deeply involved in the collapse of the savings and loan industry in the 1980’s as a member of The Keating Five. McCain was censured by Congress for his corrupt activities and only escaped prosecution because his Cindy McCain and her wealthy father, who were also knee deep in the scandal, where able to buy rich folks justice. As a result of the McCains unbridled greed, many elderly people lost their entire life savings!
Why, would any voter entrust McCain to get us out of this mess when he has demonstrated his inclination is to help the super wealthy increase their wealth, at the expense of the middle class. Do so at your own peril…and ours as well.
what pisses me off is the democrates could insert a 26 week extension into this bailout and it would happen next week, do they want people to be poor until after the election. they have to take care of the big companies because that is who pays for their multi million dollar campaigns, the unemployed can’t help them get elected.
