This is an excellent step in the right direction for our children of divorcing or out-of-wedlock families. It eliminates negative incentives and provides positives in many ways - all of which have been well documented by numerous studies. Opposition usually falls to the sensationalistic. Using Logic and reason - this bill should be passed.
