5/7/2008--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.)
Expresses support for the goals and ideals of National Women's Health Week.
Recognizes the importance of:
(1) preventing diseases that commonly affect women; and
(2) federally funded programs that provide research and collect data on diseases that commonly affect women. Calls on women to observe National Women's Check-Up Day on May 12, 2008 by receiving preventive screenings.
