2/13/2009--Introduced.Tax Relief for Transportation Workers Act of 2009 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to:
(1) allow individual taxpayers a refundable tax credit for the cost of obtaining a transportation worker identification credential; and
(2) allow such credit for expenses incurred in prior taxable years beginning after 2006.
