I like that Ron Paul has his bases covered with his bill submissions. ;) This is a good one too.

I agree that we need to audit the F.E.D. and get rid of it as soon as possible. www.infowars.com

Excellent interview conducted by Bill Moyers with journalist William Greider (author of several books about the Fed and the economy)

06-04-63 a virtually unknown Presidential decree E.O. 11110 was signed with the authority to basically strip the F. R. Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest With the stroke of a pen President Kennedy declared that the privately owned F.R. Bank would soon be out of business We can now safely conclude that this E.O. has never been repealed amended or superceded by any subsequent E.O. In simple terms it is still valid When Kennedy was assassinated It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America In a comment made to a Columbia University class on 11-12-63 Ten days before his assassination President Kennedy allegedly said The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the Americans freedom and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of this plight

This Executive Order limited the Fed but only by denomination and still left them in control of the larger task of exchanging and distributing currencies and was nullified by Executive Order 12608 in 1987. 11110 was simply meant to release more currency based on unreleased silver in the US reserves of precious metals.

Why are there only 24 cosponsors listed on this OpenCongress page when there are now 50 cosponsors to the bill

I think there's a pretty big delay because of the way OpenCongress gets its data. If you look directly on the Library of Congress website, it has up to date information:

The Fed is actually already operating under the direction of a world bank, but this global bank wants to come out of the closet - with even more power. It may use the abolition of the Fed, and meaningless promises of transparency, to kick off its coming party.

It's great that this bill is getting so much support. If you're representative is not supporting this bill write/email/fax frequently, at least once a week.

Here's some more ideas and a sample fax:

You people have all read The Creature From Jekyll Island, correct?

The name of the game is Bailout.

The rules or the road are fractional-reserve banking, money creation out of nothing, and incessant, never-ending INFLATION.

The tools of the trade are worthless fiat Federal Reserve Notes.

The outcome is concentration of wealth and power and general impoverishment for the masses.

It is frankly UNBELIEVABLE that the American people have allowed themselves to be so misled for so long. Time to stand up and say, NO MORE!

Show me the money, you scum.

Why do you think the gov. wants the masses to dumb down? The Federal Reserve has been at their game since 1913. Professor Caroll Quiggley has a few good books about these characters and how they operate, and finally what we can expect.

this has no chance. if it does pass it will have the fire put out befor it gets to the F/R. just like the last time. the people who are running the train to communism are not listening to anyone. they dont have to. im sure one of two things will happen. 1: they will continue doing as they please when they please, or 2: the people of this country will wake up and stop them. unfortunately i think more people are happy letting there government do the thinking for them.

Hey, all you have to do is give the people just enough to keep them quite and worried about hanging on to what little they have left.

The Federal Reserve is a private company who is NOT part of the Federal goverment. This company should be arrested, deported and their american citizenship revoked, for they have caused nothing but problems by stealing our gold and making fake money.

This bill badly needs the support, at home, of the people to put it plainly to their elected Officials that they conform to our wishes and will pass this or they will be with out a job. The American public forgets and often neglects its duty to control the elected officials we have put in congress and elsewhere. We are their bosses and so far I think over all the American people have been being lazy managers of their employees in washington. That is what your elected folks are your Employees!!!!!Thats the long and the short of it! If they can't get the job done ....Fire them it really is that simple!

Someone must attempt to watch what these Banksters are doing. Things are so complicated now it isn't a matter of the right hand watching what the left hand is doing; these Banksters are ambidextrous.

I am glad I am not alone in this. People reading this-I say this to you, "As a responsible free man/woman, you have an obligation to tell your friends, neighbors and the person in line next to you at Walmart-To wake up and resist the tyranny upon us. And believe me, it IS upon us." In the past(10 years ago), people told me I was nutts when I informed them that the Federal Reserve really runs the country-now they listen. The power to control the money supply is absolute power. If we do not unite against the Centralized Money Power in this country we will not only loose our homes, we will loose our Liberty.

This definitely needs to happen - billions, trillions of dollars behind these doors and there's so much we don't know. This is important!

The federal reserve is completely immoral and unconstitutional. It is a private coroporation parasite that lives off the blood of good American citizens. It must be stopped!

Please spread the word to all your friends and don't forget to contact your representative to tell them to support this bill! And if they have supported it please offer your thanks (so they don't change their minds). We can win this fight!
