Thank you so much Rep Lucille Roybal-Allard for taking and writing such bill, I know of a friend that cross Canada USA border and was treated like a Animal , he was detaining for over 10 hours until someone show the authority’s hes birth certificated . Human rights comes first no matter what the cost.
