9/30/2009--Public Law. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The expanded summary of the House passed version is repeated here.)Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to arrange for the presentation of a congressional gold medal to Arnold Palmer (golf professional) in recognition of his service to the nation in promoting excellence and good sportsmanship.Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell duplicates in bronze of such medal. Requires proceeds from the sale of such medals to be deposited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
