    Maybe this was rushed because it’s a bill setting up a foreign policy stimulus bill Obama wants passed, hr 1702; an MCC change to get more funding to more countries or an OPIC loan program for CEOs(like GMs CEO voted out by Obama, excepting government CEOs corps).

    Childern’s health is already signed.
