3/10/2009--Introduced.United States Primary and Preventive Health Care Corps Act of 2009 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish the Primary and Public Health Scholarship Program to provide scholarships to students pursuing a health professional degree, including dentistry and behavior and mental health, in exchange for service as a health professional for not less than four years at a health care facility that serves a designated primary care or public health shortage area located in the state in which the institution of higher education is located.
