This is just another form of the S.22 bill that failed in the house vote. It NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE VOTING! THEY ARE WASTING TAX PAYER DOLLARS WITH THIS LOAD OF PORK! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER MANUVER TO REMOVE OUR 5TH AND 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS! IT MUST BE STOPPED! LEAVE OUR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDS ALONE!
I agree completely with pettitzm: This is just another form of the S.22 bill that failed in the house vote.
How true it is . You are hiding from us S-22 that failed . Now this is pure crap . Do not let Congress take our riding area’s . They have already taken our kids bikes . I FEEL SICK ! Thanks for screwing my life as I train 6-12 year old kids motorcycle saftey on the small trail bikes that you ban. You have to fix this crap now!
Once again congress abuses its power to ignore it’s own mandates. This bill continues the criminaliztion of our war vetrans, elderly and dissabled that require wheels. It denies access to public lands by anyone in a wheel chair. It is a criminal act of descrimination that the goverment itself ignores every day by allowing rescue workers, and maitenence workers to use wheeled carts in the wilderness while making second class citizens of; people that have paid taxes thier whole lives to protect the lands, and vetrens who have given thier all to defend the freedom of the land. It is subhuman to deny our dissabled children the freedom to use thier public lands just because they are not able to walk. DAMN the facist 545 for this.
Mc Keon, Boxer and Fienstien are ‘walk on two legs bigots’ that need to be stopped! Who cares about the rights of a few million gimps anyway?! Certainly not congress!
I’m so tired of the liberals voting to approve this crap. Stop socializing our great country and robbing the people, the same ones you work for and are supposed to be serving, the freedom to enjoy our nation without you imposing your pious judgement upon us.
I support this bill because it directly addresses the issue of ocean acidification. Changing ocean chemistry will harm our economy—billions of dollars are generated by the seafood industry—and radically change the ocean ecosystem for millions of years.
Part of the bill is the Federal Ocean Acidification Research and Monitoring Act (FOARAM). Details include requiring the Joint Subcommittee on Ocean Science and Technology of the National Science and Technology Council to develop a strategic plan for federal ocean acidification research and monitoring that provides for an assessment of ocean acidification impacts on marine organisms and ecosystems and the development of adaptation and mitigation strategies to conserve marine organisms and ecosystems.
PRINCIPLE: AGAINST
Federal Government land grab tactic to deny public use.
Should be States that decide such things.
