3/2/2010--Reported to Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on October 13, 2009. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Washington, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Instructs that action required to be taken with respect to the preparation of a comprehensive management plan to provide for the protection of the Creek's river values be completed through revision of the Skagit Wild and Scenic River comprehensive management plan.
