    The extension of the grant is a positive direction for all awardees. Fund awards and distribution exhausted much of the grant period. The only concern is that opening discussion on the DTV bill could further discussions about additional transition delays. For Public Safety systems that are built and were ready for activation in February, further delays of the DTV spectrum would be devastating.
