4/2/2009--Introduced.Sunset of Life Protection Act of 2009 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a deduction from gross income for 50% of long-term care premiums without regard to the 7.5 % adjusted gross income limitation applicable to other medical or dental expenses. Allows individual taxpayers to claim such tax deduction regardless of whether they itemize other deductions.
