The quickest way to topple the bloated US government would be to deprive them of the funds they use to do their dirty work.
We all know that, left to their own devices, millions of Americans would neglect to set aside the funds needed to pay their annual tax bill.
After passage of this bill, there would be a remarkable boost to the economy since those same millions would have at least 20% more of Their Own Money to spend and invest.
The year following the passage of this bill would be a tough one for the US Government. The Feds could not possibly prosecute the millions who would fail to pay their tax bill. Therefore, the Socialist Schemes of the past 100 years (welfare and the like) would have to be cut. No worries, the economic growth spurred by the lack of withholding would easily absorb those forced off welfare and into the work force.
