    I used this free program and found a missing child in another city in 1 hour!! it fills in the gap between an amber alert (which i never could issue in 12yrs as a cop because you need a suspect or vehicle) no suspect needed it alerts the community around where the person was last seen!! not only children but elderly and disabled!! a true life saver!!
