SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘Adoption Tax Relief Guarantee Act of 2009’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF SUNSET OF EXPANSION OF ADOPTION CREDIT AND ADOPTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
