Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
Section 10 of the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act (
(1) in subsection (a), by striking ‘for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010 the amount specified for that fiscal year in subsection (b)’ and inserting ‘the amounts specified in subsection (b)’; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) by amending subsection (b) to read as follows:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(b) Authorized Amount- The amounts referred to in subsection (a) are the following:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(1) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 2010.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(2) $11,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
