    Here we go with that word “All” again. Haven’t you learned yet that “All” persons of a group do not necessarily take responsiblity to pay their debts just because they’re part of a specific group. No person is entitled to anything. A good credit record, good employment history and responsible debt to income ratio should be the criteria for purchasing a home.
