why is this even with the federal government? this is a state issue. UGH
oh nevermind. i just read the whole thing. you’re putting our state on the line and hurting our people for an environmental issue? ARE YOU NUTS?
This is a TRAVESTY!! How in the heck can you send millions of dollars to the state of California to recycle water and not include the central farmers? I really hate to be negative, but some of us appreciate getting our food from the states. CONGRESS FIX THIS!
