6/15/2009--Passed House amended. Court Security Enhancement Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code to increase from 5 to 10 years the prison term for individuals who disclose restricted personal information about a federal employee or other individual performing official duties on behalf of the federal government (e.g., judges, jurors, informants, and law enforcement officers), or a family member of such employee or individual, with the intent to threaten such employees or individuals or incite the commission of a crime against them. Amends the federal judicial code to repeal a provision specifically including certain judges in and retired from regular active service among the U.S. district court judges required to appoint U.S. magistrate judges.
