1/7/2009--Introduced.Expanding Tax Assistance Act of 2009 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to direct the Secretary of the Treasury, subject to available funding, to expand Taxpayer Assistance Centers with the goal of providing at least one Center in each congressional district. Authorizes the use of volunteers and private contractors and grants to accomplish the expansion of such Centers.
