8/5/2010--Reported to Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.)Amends the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in design, planning, and construction of permanent facilities to reclaim and reuse water in the City of Hermiston, Oregon. Limits the federal share of project costs to 25% of the total. Prohibits the Secretary from providing funds for project operation and maintenance.
