6/17/2009--Introduced.Health Care Workforce Incentive Act of 2009 - Establishes an independent National Health Workforce Advisory Board to advise Congress on issues affecting the health care workforce. Establishes a National Center for Workforce Data and Analysis in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Directs the HHS Secretary, through the Center, to establish a competitive State Health Workforce Shortage grants program to harmonize health workforce needs and medical education.
