Deems the possession of 100 grams or less of marijuana as personal use (one ounce or less for a not-for-profit transfer between adults). I urge you to support this bill as well and to support the freedoms and liberties of your constituents. This civil war against the citizens of this country must come to an abrupt end. The continued use of "drugs" as a means to strip away our constitutional protections must be stopped.
