Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) In General- No funds made available to the Department of State or any other Federal department or agency for fiscal year 2009 may be used to host Iranian officials for Independence Day celebrations internationally or domestically.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(b) Independence Day Celebrations Defined- In this section, the term ‘Independence Day celebrations’ means any celebration on any day relating to the July 4th Independence Day celebrations of the United States.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
