Isn’t the person still the President EVEN DURING the last 90 days? What this is saying is they might just as well pack up and go home the last 90 days. Nothing they do means anything.
So, won’t just just make them move their midnight rules back before the 90-day cut-off? What’s that supposed to do?
Yet another attack on the constitution. But what should we expect from a party that thought that we had a co-presidency from Nov. – Jan.
I voted Nay because this seems to be taking too much power away from the executive. The president is still the president, up until his last day.
Thats dumb…..just what kind of a position would that leave us all???…this would be a dumb move
