It has been over a year, as a concerned citizen where is this bill, what is happening, it should be a no-brainer! Thank you.
Still following from July 2009, get it together and pass this bill. Very common sense. Our action are causing bear farms in China to continue, violence over parts trade, and reduction of species. Please do some research as an elected representative. Thank you.
